Excellent service. They even tried to help me set up my account so I can pay start my refinance payback. The Refinance dept was great and spent 3 hours trying to resolv They even tried to help me set up my account so I can pay start my refinance payback. The Refinance dept was great and spent 3 hours trying to resolve our issue.after we had spent days. My online account is still not set up. When I enter my SS it says, can’t find account. The Refinance Dept at the dealership was great. Contacting Mazda was not good as they could not resolve issue, they tried. No one, who is able to help has contacted us or fixed it.
