Service dept. Team was excellent. The advisor and manager listened to what my issue was, ordered the part needed right away, scheduled me in a couple days later Team was excellent. If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I certainly would. I purchased a vehicle from them two years ago. The vehicle died and I had to replace it. I have repeatedly tried to reach someone in the finance department to get my money back and they have been blowing me off since December. No return phone calls, despite promises to do so. I've sent emails and still haven't heard back from them. I am getting ready to file a small claims suit if they do not get back to me. Beware. They're really nice when they want your money, but after that--they pretty much don't give a crap about you. More
