I had my car towed into this dealership on a Sunday night after it overheated nearby. The advisor with whom I spoke on the phone the next morning listened carefully and was very helpful, and he did everythin after it overheated nearby. The advisor with whom I spoke on the phone the next morning listened carefully and was very helpful, and he did everything he could to get my car taken care of as quickly as possible. I was surprised when they found contaminants in the brake fluid and when they said the coolant needed to be flushed because I had just taken the car to another dealership a week earlier, where the brake fluid had supposedly been serviced. Metro Nissan apparently did a much more thorough job than the other place. They got the coolant flushed as well as fixing the main problem with my car. They also gave me a loaner car when they learned they’d have to wait an extra day for a part. I really appreciate the quality service and friendliness of this Nissan Dealership. More
