I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2018 Nissan Rogue. Prior to purchase I was given the carfax and there was a minor accident involving the front driver's bumper. Upon seeing the vehicle it appeared the Prior to purchase I was given the carfax and there was a minor accident involving the front driver's bumper. Upon seeing the vehicle it appeared the accident had been fixed and Nissan 127 pt inspection indicated such and it appeared in sight to be back to new condition. After driving for 1 week the bumper started to separate from the body of the vehicle and it was obvious that the repairs before sale was NOT done correctly. I immediately brought it to the dealerships attention. Long story short I now have had to obtain an attorney because Metro Nissan refuses to "JUST DO THE RIGHT THING". Very disappointed and will never buy again nor will I ever recommend them. More

My Service Advisor is always friendly and gives the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. There was one other gentleman in the department I can't remember his name but he made me the customer service that I have experienced in a long time. The service drive manager David Bulkeley hand selected their most tenured mechanic to go for a test drive with me. The mechanic was very nice and very understanding. We drove for a bit trying to duplicat their most tenured mechanic to go for a test drive with me. The mechanic was very nice and very understanding. We drove for a bit trying to duplicate the noise in the rear of the vehicle and when it didn't make the noise right away he was patient. I asked if he knew of a nearby neighborhood perhaps and he did. So we drove for about 15 more minutes and found a driveway that worked just perfect so that he could hear the sound as many times as he wanted to help locate and know where to look for the repair. I was very please as they were able to locate the sound and also notice that due to the loose control arm, I had some were on the inside right rear tire that was becoming dangerous. I work hard to stay on top of and take care of my vehicle so I was shocked when they showed me the inside of the tire and the wear but I was so glad the caught the issue. So everything was fully repaired and now the sound is completely gone, and I got 2 new rear tires! Back on the road and feeling confident again Thanks to David and his team! More
