B,1,2 Service, brake inspection, etc. I was dissatified last Spring and called the service manager and he followed up with me. I purchased my Acura from Herb Connolly and this was the first service. The tires were rotated and only two lug nuts were found a day later and the service light was still on. When the manager called me back he assurred me the technician would most likely be teminated and I would receive a free service next visit. I took my car back last week and the B, 1,2 service was perfomed at a discount but it was not free as I told the manager writing up my order. I did pay over $300.00, which I know is not great but the cost of maintenance. Overall I am satisifed, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I will recommend this dealer to others, I like the way my original dissatifaction was handled. More
Above and Beyond! I came in for my MDX's 96,000 service and was AMAZED by the personal care I received by every staff member. From the intake with Kevin, to the followup with Jim the Service Manager, and the valet delivery guy, it was a wonderful experience. The pricing was fair and reasonable, the explanations helpful and clear, and the "extras" like coffee, lovely lobby, friendly staff, loaner car (!!!!), detailing (!!!!) valet delivery, text and phone updates were beyond comparison. Great Service; Great Value I took my 2005 Acura TL in to have a faulty seatbelt fixed (which I needed for my inspection sticker). Cindy and Jake were great in taking my car and I took my 2005 Acura TL in to have a faulty seatbelt fixed (which I needed for my inspection sticker). Cindy and Jake were great in taking my car and getting me set up. In the waiting area, I helped myself to a Starbuck's hot chocolate (or two...OK, it was three). It turns out the replacement part costs $400. Acura did the work under warrantee for free. Since they had to order the part, they gave me a loaner for overnight. The next day I had a new seatbelt system and a new inspection sticker for a total price of $35. I'm looking forward to the next time I need my car serviced. More

Disappointed I called several days in advance to get first Express appointment of the day. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and service center was not e I called several days in advance to get first Express appointment of the day. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and service center was not even open. They opened 10 minutes late and I wasnt seen until 723. My vehicle was completed at approximately 845. I was extremely disappointed in the Express service. I made arrangements with work to adjust my schedule and I was unexpectedly 45 minutes late. More
