At no time did I feel pressured to have extra service & was given options. Dale followed up the following day on an additional question I had about the car. While the experience dropping off the car was great and the service advisor helped me select the service I needed to get, when I came back to get the car, they had forgotten to fix the airbag which had been part of the safety recall. While the SA was helpful and set me up with a loaner because I could not stay any longer. I said I would come by the next day (a Sunday) to get the car. When I arrived the next day to get the car, right when the dealership opened at 12pm (the service center was closed) the guy in the office didn't know anything about my car. After spending a minute looking for keys and paper work, he finally found them and I walked to my car. However, I had been given the wrong keys. It took an additional 15 minutes to finally find my key and I was able to leave. So, while. Itching awful happened and everyone was nice and tried to be helpful, it was just a series of things that pointed to a lot of confusion and wasted a significant amount of my time. More

I was kept informed and was given a discount even though I didn't have the coupon in my possession. The next day I couldn't come back until late morning - David was flexible on this even though I may have disrupted the schedule for the loaner car. Thanks David! My only complaint, and this is not directed at David, was the $250 price quote for replacing the catalytic converter heat shield (vibration noise at 1700 rpm - bolt attachment point was corroded). I declined and instead bought two SS hose clamps for $3 each, which I wrapped around the shield, fixing the issue. More

Recall of air bags. Brought the car in to replace the air bags. Had oil change, tires rotated and transmission oil changed at the same time. This was my first visit to Brought the car in to replace the air bags. Had oil change, tires rotated and transmission oil changed at the same time. This was my first visit to Herb Connolly. I leased my car originally from a dealership in RI and bought it later. It is 11 years old and I intend to keep it as long as possible. The air bags were replaced, oil was changed tires were rotated and transmission oil didn't need to be changed. Car was returned to me clean. All this service for the price of an oil change. Amazing. Jake was my Service Advisor and I couldn't ask for anybody more courteous and professional. I wanted my blue tooth checked and he went out of his way to try to get it working. The unit was not working and the cost was too high to replace. I will definitely make my next service appointment with Herb Connolly Acura. More
