Professional Service Agent I was scheduled for an oil change and upon vehicle inspection, it was determined that my vehicle needed to have the rear brakes done. Condition of the brakes were thoroughly explained to me. Work was completed professionally and on time. That service agent also mentioned that I needed to have, in the near future, the coolant flushed which we will do next time. More

Over charged I took my TSX for an oil change at 120 thousand miles and ended up spending 2,500 dollars for repairs. When I asked for a discount off of the price I was given 50 dollars. The price seemed excessive and I felt they could have given me a bigger discount. The work was excellent. The loaner car had a low tire when it was given to me and I had to keep putting air in it over the 24 hours they were repairing my car. More

Not only was the inspection done in a timely manner but they also had time to give a quick external wash. Jaimie was extremely pleasant and expedited it along so there was not a long wait time. Professional and friendly I was contacted by the dealership for a recall on the passenger airbag and was able to secure an appointment with them immediately. When the appointm I was contacted by the dealership for a recall on the passenger airbag and was able to secure an appointment with them immediately. When the appointment was made, as well as when I first arrived at the service department, the staff made sure they had the parts in stock. Promised (estimated) wait time was 60-90 minutes for the replacement, multi point inspection and hand car wash and vacuum. All staff have been friendly every time I have been in, and do not talk down to anybody as I have experienced at other places. Very happy with the service department thus far. More

At the same time that I was on the telephone, the employee reminded me that the parts were in for the air bag recall that my RDX was a part of. I asked how long that particular service might take and she said maybe one-half to three-quarters of a hour. Go for it I said. I arrived early, was accepted and waited in the service waiting room for approximately one hour, which was fine with me. Everything was done to my satisfaction, and rather cheaply too, since I had a 20% savings coupon for the oil change. More
