Unhappy Called on Friday, 12/23 about 2:00pm to make an appointment for an oil change on Tuesday morning, 12/27. Never received a call back Friday nor Tuesday morning. Called again Tuesday afternoon and spoke with Sarah, who was very pleasant and courteous, who reported her computer was down and she'll call me back. She called me about an hour later and we made an appointment for 12/30, Friday morning at 10:00am. I arrived at the service center at 10:00am for an oil change and the complimentary exterior car wash. I didn't leave your dealership until 12:15pm, 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change. This was clearly a waste of a lot of my time. I would have expected this service to be finished within an hours time period. Not 2 hours and 15 minutes. Obviously, the morning was clearly overbooked and unnecessarily caused a backup in service. If money is time, you wasted my time and caused me to lose money. I could get an oil change (without the car wash) in 30 minutes at my local mechanic without an appointment and just showing up. From now this what I'll do. More

They are extremely attentive to my request for service and answering car question ove I have used the Herb Connelly service center for over 10 years. They are extremely attentive to my request for service and answering car question over the phone. I've worked in a customer services related industry for over 30 years, so I am very attentive to the level of customer service offered. The Herb Connelly team (receptionist, mechanic, customer care professional) work together to provide a 5 Star level of service! This year I will be in the market for buying a new car. I can not think of going to another dealership or manufacturer all because of the customer experience I receive from the service center offers. More
