i was over charged Sir, I went to your dealer on 12/03 for state inspection. I was told it failed due to emission. Then technician did diagnosis. Then I was told emission caused by leaks from a gasket, and also I was told need to replace front low ball joints. David H. texted me: Fix emission is $138 and replace ball joints is $586. My car is 2002 TL. I told David H. I do not want to spend more that $500 to fix it. If not, I will sale it, not repair it. Technician replaced ball joints. David gave me $50 discount, I paid $712.51 (emission still problem, I will write about it later) I have questions about the invoice: 1) Invoice charged low ball joints $171.56. I called your part department, they said the low ball joint kit is $55 each. So two ball joints are $110, not $171. 2) per text messages between me and David, I gave ok to replace ball joints at 2:00 pm, and David sent text message notice me car is ready to pick up at 3:12pm. So the max labor time is 1 hour 12 min. However, the invoice labor is $414. How come 1 hour labor charge over $400? I believe your dealer was over charged me for this visit. Please respond my email.
