Service dept deserves 10 Stars!! Our family was traveling from Ohio for the Holidays and ran into car trouble on the way to visit family. An hour from closing at a really busy time o Our family was traveling from Ohio for the Holidays and ran into car trouble on the way to visit family. An hour from closing at a really busy time of year, and they graciously found us a loaner car and got us back on the road in record time! The car was fixed in a day and we were able to relax and enjoy our holiday with our family. Special thanks to James Brown (Service Manager) and Jake Clew (Service Advisor). They were very professional and extremely helpful!!! We would highly recommend this service department! More

Service for a recall Great service. Brought car in for a check of the suspension which is under a extended warrantee by Acura for leaking shocks. Found that my car was ind Great service. Brought car in for a check of the suspension which is under a extended warrantee by Acura for leaking shocks. Found that my car was indeed in need of work. All 4 shocks were replaced and some other suspension work done. Loaner car was provided. Have been a customer for over 15 years. More

My service tool longer than expected and not only did they give me a loaner but I brought the loaner back becaus I had a great experience with Acura. My service tool longer than expected and not only did they give me a loaner but I brought the loaner back because it was too big for me and they immediately gave me another loaner. In addition to the car wash and other services, anyt We always go to Acura service center in Framingham, MA for routine oil change and other services. In addition to the car wash and other services, anytime there is an issue the mechanic will inform us and give the best suggestions. The mechanics are professional and give honest recommendations. We trust the service over there even thought our Acura cars are over 150K miles. More
90K miles service I brought my car in for a B12 90,000 miles service. The dealership also did the airbag recall fix. Additionally the car needed new brake pads, a transmission fluid flush and a check on an engine noise. The service was done in the time promised and the car was peppier after the service. The dealership was accommodating. It offered Starbucks coffee and a quiet work space for anyone waiting for their car. I missed the muffins/bagels or the dealership didn't offer it. Usually this is offeref at other dealerships. More
Kevin in Service is the best I just wanted to give a shout out to Kevin in the service department. I had a scheduled appointment this morning (11/19/16) for routine maintenance. I just wanted to give a shout out to Kevin in the service department. I had a scheduled appointment this morning (11/19/16) for routine maintenance. I arrived early because my previous appointment really changed my day. I arrived at about 9:15A and needed to be out by 11A and it was going to be really tight making that happen. After checking the car computer, they found I needed a change of transmission fluid. Kevin assured me they could still get me out by 11A but if there was a delay he had a courtesy car waiting for me. Not only did he have me out by 11A, he had me out BEFORE 11A!! This is what I love about this dealership. I have never had a problem with service. They always are able to schedule me in a timely fashion, complete the service quickly, and get me on to the rest of my day. My car is returned to me sparkling clean after being washed, dusted, and vacuumed. I barely recognize it as it looks so gorgeous! Thank you Kevin for always taking care of me in the true Acura way! More
