Excellence I bought my car though Craig Bentley who was amazing, attentive and extremely nice. I have had my car in for 2 standard service and the service team i I bought my car though Craig Bentley who was amazing, attentive and extremely nice. I have had my car in for 2 standard service and the service team is so wonderful. They actually called me to tell me my car was done in 90 minutes and if all the years at other dealerships, that never happens. The team in Framingham is excellent and have been extremely happy with this dealership. I feel awful that I can't remember service guys name because he was truly sweet. More

My experience I went in for a routine "B" service on my 2005 TL Acura. At that time the technicians found the steering wheel fluid needed changing.. All this work I went in for a routine "B" service on my 2005 TL Acura. At that time the technicians found the steering wheel fluid needed changing.. All this work was done plus a wash. They also found I needed New brake pads--I believe on the 2 rear brakes. Since that was a much longer wait, I will go back in December to have my snow tires put on and have the brake pad work done then. All went very smoothly. More

The service department is outstanding I am very skeptical about getting service at a car dealer. I bought an Acura MDX2017 4 days ago. Dennis Murray was my rep and he is great. He knows hi I am very skeptical about getting service at a car dealer. I bought an Acura MDX2017 4 days ago. Dennis Murray was my rep and he is great. He knows his customers and adapts very well to his clients. In 2014 I bought a 2014 Acura MDX and visited 4 dealerships. Herb Connolly was my first visit. I could not come to terms we were off by $300.00 so I left and after 3 other visits I bought my 2014 at Acura of Boston 3 hours later. I visited Herb Connolly again this time because my bank used True Car and this dealership was the only one that was participating. I am glad they did. We agreed on a great deal and I bought the Acura MDX2017. Dennis Murray is a caring person. There was no pressure to buy, he pays attention to detail and explained everything I had to do. He showed me around and when I picked up the car he gave me tips on all the options. Much more thorough then Acura of Boston. I hade a service call today. After going on the highway for the first time the night before,the ride was rough not what I expected. The tires needed balancing, there was a shim in the steering. I spoke to Jake and James ( I'm sorry I don't know their last name) Service Rep and Service Manager. They took me in without an appointment and immediately put my car on the service list. The tires were balanced about an hour later while all the time Jake was giving me updates. I was on my way. When I got to the Pike the shim on the steering was still there so I returned back to the dealership. I explained the shim was still there so we went for a test drive. James agreed to look into it further. Sometimes as a customer when you have to return, your thinking the service guy is going to say:omg he's back I just fixed his car. You most certainly don't get that from anyone at Herb Connolly Acura. James took charge. This is what he did for me: 1 Put the car back on the line for service 2 Road Pressure tested the tire with his machine 3 Showed me the numbers and explained what he was doing 4 Called the rep of the company that makes the machine to help with why my issue was happening 5 Decided that the tires were not right, installed new tires and came with me on a road test 6 then for my time took care of me with some extras At the same time Dennis and Jake were checking in on me to see if I needed anything. It took 7 hours to get it right, I had the time and did not care. The time was no issue for me. If it wasn't right I would have never heard the end of it from my wife. James came with me for another road test and it was perfect. This is service, this is why I am on my 3rd Acura since 2003. I was watching Dennis talking to some prospective buyers at his desk. When Dennis left, I almost went up to them to say buy from here this dealership is great but I decided not to. In talking to other staff members, many have been there a long time. That shows that the employees and company take care of each other. Truly a family. I want to thank Dennis/James and Jake for helping me through the process. Getting back to my opening comments I am most certainly not skeptical about this dealership. I'll see you again around 5 or 10 thousand.
