Prompt Quality Service Our service appointment was primarily for the purpose of replacing a recalled airbag. We had been waiting for some time to get that done, but were not notified that the part was available. I called about that and someone on the service desk offered that he would try to order one. He called back almost immediately and we scheduled the service for the following week to coincide with the A 1 service. I was able to get a late morning appointment and only had to wait a little over an hour. The service adviser who helped was Jake and he was very professional and helpful, arranging for a discount coupon to be applied to the cost. The work was done quickly, the waiting area was comfortable (albeit too cool), and the car was freshly washed when I drove out. More

My service representative said the work would be approximately 1 1/2 hours and everything was done within 1 hour. My car was vacuumed and washed and ready by 8:00 am.
