Terrible! My most recent experience with Herb Connolly Acura was terrible. The shuttle left without me making me 30 minutes late for work, they left my sunroof My most recent experience with Herb Connolly Acura was terrible. The shuttle left without me making me 30 minutes late for work, they left my sunroof open and it was raining and they refused to honor a signed warranty I was given when I purchased the car. The warranty says the effective date was 4/20/12 and it was good for 84 months or 100,000 miles. My car has 61,500 miles on it and I bought it in 2012. They REFUSED to honor it!!!! More

Service took too long and they damaged the car The car was in for the air bag recall and it took over 2 hours to perform this service which was an hour longer than I was quoted. When I got the car The car was in for the air bag recall and it took over 2 hours to perform this service which was an hour longer than I was quoted. When I got the car back the trim around the air bag was scratched up. I am upset because now I do not know which Acura dealer to use because I refuse to use the Auburn location because of their negligent technicians. More
Good service, just took forever I had an appointment at 7:45am, they saw me right away and took in the car. Said the diagnostics would take about an hour (took closer to 2) once we I I had an appointment at 7:45am, they saw me right away and took in the car. Said the diagnostics would take about an hour (took closer to 2) once we ID'd the problem, the actual repair would tak an hour or so. Not sure what the loaner policy is but after 3 hours had passed I had decided it was too late to even ask for a loaner, next time I'll ask beforehand but overall the service was good, issue was fixed and the people were super friendly. More

My routine service uncovered larger issues I was provided a quiet office to work in. When it was determined that more work than anticipated was needed, I was given a loaner car quickly, and ass I was provided a quiet office to work in. When it was determined that more work than anticipated was needed, I was given a loaner car quickly, and assistance moving car seats, etc. Everyone was efficient and helpful. More

Jim took the Acura for test drive and discovered there was large screw in right front tire that was making that noise. Service repaired the tire in out in hr.
