Super service with sincerety and good cheer On the way from Michigan to Wellesley, I noticed a howl or growl from the rear of my 2015 TLX. The staff scheduled an appointment almost immediately. On the way from Michigan to Wellesley, I noticed a howl or growl from the rear of my 2015 TLX. The staff scheduled an appointment almost immediately. David Hansen treated me with great courtesy and sincere concern. An hour later the technicians had diagnosed a bad bearing in the rear wheel and an hour and a half later I was on the road in a quiet car. The waiting room was very pleasant and comfortable, the coffee excellent, and the work was covered under warranty. Even the car wash was free. AC Repaired Expeditiously in Heat Wave Before Vacation My AC went out the Sunday before I was leaving for vacation.
