Checked on noise under steering wheel I arrived 30 minutes earlier than the appointment, but I was checked in right away. I waited for over an hour and Kevin came to explain to me about the issue and progress. My car was washed and vacuumed, but there were multiple dirty black spots (maybe oil) all over driver's inside door. I informed Kevin and one of the staff quickly addressed the problem. The squeaky/cracking noise under steering wheel was almost completely gone. I still heard a little squeaky noise when I made sharp turns and hope that it will go away over time. More
