Service Appointment Took my car in Thursday for a sticker and was advised I should get an alignment and a tire rotation. It was done in no time along with a car wash. H Took my car in Thursday for a sticker and was advised I should get an alignment and a tire rotation. It was done in no time along with a car wash. However when I called back in the morning the next day to ask a question about my service I was told my advisor was not in but they would transfer me to some one in service that could answer my question. I was transferred to the service managers voice mail. I left a message along with my phone number and did not hear back. I will call back again on Monday and hopefully get my question answered. I may try to contact my salesman first and go that route. More

Acura TLX Service staff was very attentive and the waiting area is quite comforatble. I did find the service cost to be much more expensive than other Acura dea Service staff was very attentive and the waiting area is quite comforatble. Herb Connelly Acura treats me with respect. I have been using Herb Connelly Service Center for several years. I trust the service department. They do not try to "sell" me services that I do no I have been using Herb Connelly Service Center for several years. I trust the service department. They do not try to "sell" me services that I do not need. They are honest and dependable. Also, the service team, most recently Kevin, treats me in a respectful helpful manner. Everyone is courteous. Often, I get a ride to or from work (I work in Framingham) or am given a loaner car. This also makes Herb Connelly Acura a convenient service center for me. More
