Best Service Center in New England I have been getting great service at Herb Connolly Acura for over 20 years and it is hard to imagine going anywhere else. My last car was a 2001 Acur I have been getting great service at Herb Connolly Acura for over 20 years and it is hard to imagine going anywhere else. My last car was a 2001 Acura MDX. They serviced it and got me service deals I couldn't imagine until the day I limped into the dealership with a dying transmission. My current 2015 RDX has 35,000 miles. I keep it serviced whenever it needs it. I get a loaner when I need it. I get a pleasant greeting no matter when I arrive. Everything has been great. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Great Experience I called the dealership to see about any outstanding recalls for my 2004 MDX. There was 1 recently for the airbag. I set up the appt. when it was good I called the dealership to see about any outstanding recalls for my 2004 MDX. There was 1 recently for the airbag. I set up the appt. when it was good for me. When I got there, the shuttle had left already. I waited in the waiting room. And when the shuttle was still not available Dave gave me a loaner car instead. He kept me updated on the progress. Everything was great except I had to give back the 2016 loaner car. Lol More
