The service technician/manager I deal with regularly is professional, friendly, efficient and explains everything to me. He always uses coupons to lower the bill as much as possible. 5. I am greeted cheerfully every time. 6. Service is done correctly; car washed and vac'd. 7. I see the salesperson who sold me the car and he remembers me. He recently became the sales manager. When he told me this, he said, "so I can take even better care of you".. I said "I intend to drive this car for a long time"..He didn't miss a beat, he said "I intend to have this job for a long time." Perfect response. 8. Free Starbucks coffee is nice. The buying experience was a pleasure and the maintenance experience is a pleasure- I have no need to go anywhere else. More
