Overall Top notch service Always such a professional and positive experience working with the Service team at Herb Connolly. Whether I am working with Cindy or one of her teamm Always such a professional and positive experience working with the Service team at Herb Connolly. Whether I am working with Cindy or one of her teammates, their knowledge, experience, promptness, and attention to detail is exceptional! This last time I was in was for an unexpected service that Cindy was so responsive to, ensured I knew exactly what the issues were, took me out to review the repairs and made herself available to me and my insurance adjuster. I would like to add even the insurance adjuster gave Cindy and the center a THUMBS UP! The repairs took time to fix but was handled exceptionally and to top it off, Acura provided me a loaner vehicle while mine was in the shop for repairs, can't say enough about that level of service and professionalism, always keeping the customer first! More

They need to replicate him, great customer service, he is responsive to issues and works hard to exceed expectations. I recently had an issue where the lug nuts had been overtightened on a prior service visit. I stopped in unscheduled and shared the issue with Jacob. He took the car right in, got the now broken wheel locks removed and all other bolts retorqued. He had the car washed and vac'd as well as he knew that coming back in to deal with this was not a great thing for me. I was in and out in 30 min, very happy. Jacob has been this good in the past, this is not a first and only time event. Thanks Acura and Jacob. More

A1 service I recently visited this location for an oil change. I was told that the wait could be at least 45 minutes since it was a busy day. Even though I expec I recently visited this location for an oil change. I was told that the wait could be at least 45 minutes since it was a busy day. Even though I expected it should be within 30 minutes as advertised, I still dropped my car for service since I planned my morning to have it done. While I was waiting, they provided a shuttle to drop me at local shopping place to kill my time. My car was ready in 50 minutes. More
