Fixed alignment that another dealership couldn't do I was extremely pleased with the service of my acura RDX, for an alignment of my car. After getting new tires from another dealership and alignment, a I was extremely pleased with the service of my acura RDX, for an alignment of my car. After getting new tires from another dealership and alignment, and then going back to this dealership and still not being aligned correctly, we decided to bring the car into Herb Connolly. Even though your dealership is not as convenient we will be back. Thank you for your detailed attention and fixing my car. More

The service to be performed was clearly explained to me, including an explanation of a recent safety recall. The oil and tire rotation was completed on time, as promised. Great experience I needed our car serviced but had to drop off and possibly pick up after hours. Dave stayed at the service desk to check us in almost an hour after c I needed our car serviced but had to drop off and possibly pick up after hours. Dave stayed at the service desk to check us in almost an hour after closing, helped recommend the correct service (since I had made the appointment on-line). He called promptly the next morning to confirm and also let us know when the service was completed. Very professional and accommodating. The service ended up costing less than we originally anticipated. More

Had my two year maintance visit. The dealership is wonderful. They keep me posted on how work is progressing, make recommendations of things to do without putting pressure in the mom The dealership is wonderful.
