Gil recommended the service at Herb Connolly Acura. We brought in our car for the first service. Everything seemed well in the beginning but in the end... disappointment. When I received our car, they didn't even bother to vacuum the inside. I actually asked our service advisor if a wash and vacuum was included. And he confirmed that it was complimentary. On the vehicle maintenance report it states that the proper maintenance was done and it states that the wash and vacuum was done. Really? I guess I'll have to take their word for it on the maintenance part. We purchased the full maintenance program up front and this is our first service experience. They could of at least done a half-A job of vacuuming, but they just didn't bother too. It's actually insulting. More

David reviewed my paperwork and any other concerns I had for this service appointment. He was thorough and efficient as he explained the procedures for the service. The loaner was ready and its operation was reviewed. After the functioning of my car's systems was evaluated, David called me to go over the findings and scope of work/repairs that were indicated. The work was completed by early afternoon. When I arrived to pick up my car, the work that had been done was carefully explained. The care and professionalism in customer service was outstanding. Even though it has just been over 24 hours since I picked up my car, it drives like a dream. Kudos to the entire team who obviously take pride in their job! More

My favorite Acura dealer service I went there for a leaking tire. Not only they fixed it for just $19.99, they also detected the chirping noise in timing belt and fixed it for free. I purchased the car with 38,000 miles and assumed that the car was in safe driving condition but come to find out after driving for a year my battery needed to be replaced and my front breaks were replaced. I have owned a previous Acura and it's a great car, so I wanted to continue with a car I was familiar with, I believe you should service and replace the thing that would typically need to be replaced when selling a used car, The service was great but I was shocked that the car would need such an expensive service after 14,000 miles. The price was too high I should have been given a break on the break fee! Nancy Rennell More
