i have bought from michael bates / rodgers chevrolet for over 20 years and iam done with them, i purchased 2021 chevy equinox premier brand new and bought he best gm bumper to bumper warranty they have cost over 20 years and iam done with them, i purchased 2021 chevy equinox premier brand new and bought he best gm bumper to bumper warranty they have cost me $3500 the one time i go to use it in the winter when my turbo went bad they said it was'nt covered do to the weather casued i say prove that, gm warranty rep said it was on the 10 page contract they gave me at closing which they didnt so i had to pay the $500 to fix it never ever buy a extended warranty from the if i had known this i would have bought it or the car this dealership is all about the money and not about the people. In the beginning Michael Bates service department was very good very courteous service but as soon as my warranty was up I didn't get the same treatment that I did when my warranty was active. I have som very good very courteous service but as soon as my warranty was up I didn't get the same treatment that I did when my warranty was active. I have some oil spray that was seen underneath my hood took it to them to see why that oil was in that area they really could not figure it out at first after taking it back this last time they discovered the issue they supposed to have fixed it I paid over $1,000 and I still have the same issues going on and I cannot get no answers and all they want me to do is pay for another evaluation all over again which I refuse to. Also they put a control arm on the right side of my vehicle as well as brakes and rotors I've been noticing a little noise coming from the right side of my vehicle I took it back up there to let them know that I was hearing noises that I never had before I took it there and one of the service clerks told me that it was nothing it was just the type of brake pad material that they use now and it was nothing but I'm still experiencing the noise and it's getting on my nerve and I will never bring my car back to them to look at another problem ever again no respect for loyal customers who have spent a lot of money in that establishment. More
