We wanted to buy a car and we are out of state. Wife had looked up plane tickets and was ready to purchase. I’ve never been treated so bad by a dealer! Salesman and Finance Guy wouldn’t call back. Couldn’t even get him to send bill of sale to the place we were going to use for financing putting 25,000 down on a 38,000 vehicle because he couldn’t get us financed. I made 1 phone call and had us financed!! My wife loved that vehicle but because of the service we received she said the heck with it!! She was excited about flying up there and driving it home. I was super nice to the salesman and finance guy. I was not a customer you wouldn’t want to deal with. I have never written a review like this but I hope someone sees this and it helps this not happen to someone else More
This dealership is good at selling vehicles but horrible at servicing them . It's not like they are waiting for parts they just don't care about getting your vehicle in the Gm stated that. at servicing them . The sales department was friendly and helpful. The service department has not been helpful in replacing the upgraded floor mats that do not fit properly. I even offered to just have them replaced with the downgraded mats with no refund, just so I can have mats that actually fit. The hard plastic "upgrades" are warped around the edges and have become a tripping hazard when my foot gets stuck in the gap when entering or exiting the vehicle. Nobody from the dealer will return my call regarding this matter. The downgraded mats only cost $110 for a lay person to buy them, im sure the cost for the dealer to replace them would be even less for them, but they don't seem to care about making a long time customer happy. Definitely looking for a new dealer for the next vehicle purchase, after about 20 years of using this location. More
