EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. I booked an appointment for a service repair on my truck, and when I dropped my truck off, the sales associate said my truck would be done the same day (Monday). He even looked on service repair on my truck, and when I dropped my truck off, the sales associate said my truck would be done the same day (Monday). He even looked on the computer to confirm the part was in. Later that day, I had to call back for an update. They said that the wrong part was in and that it would be done the next day (Tuesday). Called back the next day, and my truck was still not done. The sales associate promised that my truck would be done the following day, even guaranteed it 100%. STILL had to call back the next day as no one was calling with ANY updates. MY TRUCK WAS STILL NOT DONE. FULL OF EXCUSES TOO (Wednesday). Still no updates on Thursday. I WILL NOT BE TAKING MY TRUCK BACK AND WILL BE SURE TO LET OTHERS KNOW OF MY POOR EXPERIENCE. More

Dont buy here. The finance manager was rude and demeaning. Credit was approved yet the finance manager wouldn't accept my moms proof of income because he wanted that current date on the award lette demeaning. He said the YEARLY VA and social security award letters were not valid because they didnt have that current date on them. I explained that he also had bank statements to prove where the income comes from with direct deposit in his hand. He stated my dads name being on the statement with my moms name means it could be my dads income and laughed when I told him my dad had renently passed. Can't believe he is in management. He is an arrogant person. Never buy from this place. My mom went to Taylor Ford and leased a new SUV with the same documents with no issue. More
