Hello Sir- I am so very sorry your upset about this. But as we discussed, you pulled your truck out of the shop while the tech was trying to diag it to go and see your new grandchild and took it down south. You did not give the tech the opportunity to fix this while it was under warranty and made the choice to take the truck. I do understand your frustration, but you made that decision to pull the truck out of our possession during diag. Micheal Bates Chevy is sorry you made that decision and also sorry for your frustration. Wishing you all the best.

The technician had analyze the problem and somehow decided that my perfectly good battery needed to be replaced. The very battery that started the truck so it could be driven there. If the battery had a very low voltage it would not have started the truck. Explain how this low voltage battery easily started the truck. Explain that! Why was the dashboard clean of any problem indications until you plugged in your device. Why didn't my scanner see these codes? Why because your device induced these codes and turned on the check engine light. Explain that? Why didn't the safety airbag problem that I reported not get record on November 3? Why wouldn't your service person listen to me and acknowledge that? Explain that! I got a call on the 5th telling me it was diagnosed and would be ready to pick up by the end of the day. Why did I get that call if it hadn't been diagnosed? What it seems you are saying is that the technician took a wild guess when he replaced the battery and he didn't believe his own conclusions. Explain that! Your still not listening, which is a big part of this issue. That and your device that induces codes and turns on the check engine light which I consider part of a scam you guys are running. Have you addressed that with your service department? Why would you run such a scam? Do you need the business that bad? How many other people have you done this to? By the way, look at the odometer reading from the two times you had the truck and explain how that shows a trip down south when the odometer only shows 90 miles? More miss information in your reply. Your just digging the hole deeper with you lies and misinformation .

Sir, I am respectfully disagree. I pulled the file, and we have a receipt of the battery tester scanned to the repair order and it at a very low percent. I am sorry you feel this way. But that is not a correct statement.

and yet it had lots of power in my driveway? enough to start the truck so we could drive it there? Defective batteries with low voltage can not start a vehicle. How dumb do you think I am? I was an electronic technician for forty years . . . and that's the only thing that is incorrect in my reply i guess. Thank you for that info. . . Keep digging that hole. . .
