Amazing! I walked in to the dealership about 45 minutes before closing. I'd recently been in an accident and totaled my car. I was in no mood to shop, but had I walked in to the dealership about 45 minutes before closing. I'd recently been in an accident and totaled my car. I was in no mood to shop, but had already been to 2 or 3 other dealerships in the last week. Jeremy greeted me with patience and kindness. He didn't rush me through my questions or pester me to test drive. He asked me about what I needed the car for, what I absolutely must have in my next car, and if there was anything I wanted but didn't need. We talked for over an hour about the possibilities. Compared to my other dealership experiences, Jeremy went above and beyond for me. He found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and told me that he could get it for me by the time I wanted to pick it up. When that car wasn't an option anymore, he helped find me the next best thing. I've been in a sales position for multiple years and have high expectations for customer service. Jeremy and the Michael Bates Chevrolet team far exceeded my expectations. I will be recommending them to anyone I know looking for a vehicle and I will be working with Jeremy again in the future. More

A lot of reviews for this dealer say that they "worked with". Well we did`nt work with Mr. Gonyea, he worked for us along with the finance dept. and the sales manager. They got my wife the deal we could live with and did not make any empty promises or false claims. The last time we bought anything from here was back when it was Rodgers Chevrolet. It was a great dealer back then and it`s great to see that Michael Bates Chevrolet is still carrying on with the great sales and service that made Rodgers a great dealer. Chevy Rules!!!!! More
