OIL CHANGE I brought in my daughters Equinox for a SCHEDULED 8:00AM oil change/tire rotation/multi point inspection. It is now 10:02 AM and still my vechicle is I brought in my daughters Equinox for a SCHEDULED 8:00AM oil change/tire rotation/multi point inspection. It is now 10:02 AM and still my vechicle is not ready !!!! On my paperwork car was promised back at 9:00 AM. This is ridiculous!!! No oil change should take this long, plus at 8:00 AM they should not be this far behind. The only thing good I have to say is....the oil change is FREE. This is my second time bringing my daughters car in for service and both times I noticed the people in the service department are not friendly at all !!!’ I do not know the name of the person in service that checked my vechild in,,,,just noticed the name of the salesman on my service paperwork. More
