We purchased a used 2003 explorer from them on Monday. Everyone insured us that the problem we found (wheel bearings) would be taken care of and that the vehicle was safe to drive. I was given a receipt stating the left front bearing was replaced, when it wasn't. I have been trying to get in touch with the owner without any luck. Not only were they dishonest with us about doing the repair, they failed to even mention the rear brake shoe assembly was completely gone and that the vehicle was a hazard to drive. I was lucky enough to have a wonderful relationship with our local Ford dealer who told us the truth. Rodgers reaction? They told is our dealership was lying to us in order to make money. More
