Service clerks are either jerks or ignorant as to what is going on with the GM product line. On the last visit I found that my hand held door opener had been exchanged for an older version. I wish I can just exchange it or something, so many costly repairs and I have only had the car for 3 months, not to mention, we had tried to negotiate the price before, and it is definitely not even close to worth the price sold to us for, and especially it is even worse now. I cannot believe their dishonesty. Complete rip off!! More
Our first time on Chevy property as Ford was closed Palm Sunday. We were looking at what was offered for new Fords as we soon discovered- so we went across the street. At that point we were only curious. Had no plan on purchasing- however, after visiting with absolutely no pressure and doing a write up on trade in value at our mileage plus GMC Acadia price - we said yes. We were to go back to Gardnerville to get all maintenance receipts, but they delivered to our door, and drove our Explorer back to Carson City. What an awesome customer service treatment- our FIRST!! We look forward to enjoying our GMC ACADIA, and future dealings with Jesse S. More

I was NOT pleased with how Moises Romo (pre-owned sales) handled my transaction. He started out ok, but then was unprofessional and hung up on my banker mid-conversation and would not answer when the bank immediately called Moises back. Moises then text me stating he would not work with my bank any further after three days of telling the bank & I that he was making it happen. HOWEVER, I voiced my complaint and management was eager to ensure I got an AMAZING level of customer service. Bailey Wolf worked one-on-one with me to complete the transaction. I ended up being very satisfied with my purchase and it went very smooth from that point forward. More
MY 2020 SILERADO Duramax 3. 0, blew a rear main seal was towed in and repaired upon pick-up I noticed MY truck still covered in oil Bill stated he could have it taken to be clean 0, blew a rear main seal was towed in and repaired upon pick-up I noticed MY truck still covered in oil Bill stated he could have it taken to be cleaned but I did not have the time but also told him this should have been done before me coming to get my truck!!! but my latest and LAST service their I got some def in the fuel my quote was around $13,000 after waiting around a month trying to get parts I contacted GM and finally my parts came in after repairs they said my cats needed replaced so they did a amendment to the bill bringing it to around $18,500 which my ins. company was covering except my deductible My adjuster drug their feet and was told if i wanted my truck I had to pay and when they received check they would sign it over to me which I did so I could drive my truck. also talking to GM they had said that the dealer with all the problems I had would probably waive my deductible BUT xxxx NO!!!!!! when the check finaly came in I BILL was on vacation so now I am told they would have to deposit my check and hold it for 5 business days being NOT HAPPY I waited then on a Thursday I am told It cleared but now the only one in their company that can issue me a check is out and wont be back for 4 more days Monday which I finally received also Bill had asked me while truck was their if I wanted my free oil change I said YES but it was NOT done!! also when my vehicle came in I had just filled up $78.00 of diesel and upon pick up it was near 1/4 tank VERY VERY UPSET WITH THEIR SERVICE OR LACK OF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as we speak my truck is now in CHAMPION CHEVROLET More
Very disappointing car buying experience. However, after we had already determined the price we were paying, they proceeded to jack the price up, citing "market price". They jerked us around for 4 hours, at least 2 that were totally unnecessary since we knew what vehicle we wanted and we had our own financing. They tried to wrap the sales tax credit into my trade, therefore cheating me out of $2k. Fortunately, I have seen that trick and made them fix it. Ridiculous amount of back and forth, because of their unethical and unprofessional practices. Made us fill out a credit application and assured us it was only a soft pull. Nope, Michael Hohl ran a hard credit inquiry as well as the credit union we were already approved through. Came back with a "rate sheet" saying we had to pay a higher rate than we were approved for, nice try but no. Not paying you a %. Undervalued my trade because they think its a base model, when in fact its 2LT, now they're selling it for $10,000 over what they paid for it. These people are straight up crooked used/new car salesman. They took our new car in the back to "detail" it, and did nothing. The windows inside and out were filthy from transport, layers of black dirt. The topper to the whole experience was the sales guy who was tending to his personal hygiene issues on the sales floor and the front lobby sales floor. Classy place. More
Visit was to have a Takata air bag igniter/inflator replaced under GM recall. Was initially told it would take a few hours. Less than an hour later I was handed back the keys - work completed by a ma replaced under GM recall. Was initially told it would take a few hours.
