Others that we interacted with (Misha and Ayhan) contributed to our excellent experience. All paperwork and DMV items taken care of. Left with the car and no other to do's. If I could give this dealership no stars, then I would. Not only was I pressured to buy from the start. But After speaking with sales person Diego and being told the truck is 100% and just inspected. I mad Not only was I pressured to buy from the start. But After speaking with sales person Diego and being told the truck is 100% and just inspected. I made a 4 hour trip to look at the truck. Truck was cosmetically nice but after test driving and coming back to dealership to look it over I found coolant leaking (which wasn’t the end of the world), each headlight and tail light had an extra bulbs drilled into the housings that didn’t work, and truck had quite a bit of blow by. This was a 2015 f350 diesel with 48k miles that was not priced cheap by any means. After stating those issues and being brought the manager who tried to tell me there are absolutely no issues with the truck and “we can put it on a rack right now and show you”. I clearly didn’t need the truck put on a lift to find the issues. So all in all I wasted my day and my dads as I planned on bringing the truck home. Dealership didn’t even apologize or anything for wasting all our time. I can only imagine what this dealership would sell to somebody that doesn’t really know what they are looking for or what to check. More

Decent price on the vehicle, dealership was apparently undermanned. Was provided a car fax report to sign for from another car. I noticed it and asked, and issue was finally resolved. Loan paper work was completed incorrectly and had to be verified and signed twice. Second copy still did not match what was agreed upon. Was told the out the door price did not change so I shouldn't worry about it. No one was available to explain features of vehicle to me. Was told to come back when the guy returned from vacation. Luckily, I had done my homework and already knew what I wanted. Overall experience from this and all Chevy dealerships has drastically declined in the last couple of years. After the sale was hounded by random salesman about activated features on a app that I wasn't shown or asked about. Phone wasn't even set up for me like previous times. Was left to set in parking lot afterwards and figure it out myself. Car wasn't properly detailed and had to be vacuumed out when I got home. More
