Great Customer Service I noticed that the warning light in my car, kept indicating that there was something wrong with my tires. I thought this was strange, considering that I noticed that the warning light in my car, kept indicating that there was something wrong with my tires. I thought this was strange, considering that I had just taken my car to the dealership in Chantilly to have my tires rotated and inspected. After a week of driving with the warning light on, I made decisions to take it to a dealership to have it looked at. I was skeptical about going to another dealership, considering that my previous experience had not been great, however, I decided to try out Jerry’s automotive. Once I arrived, I was greeted by a gentlemen named Chris Gearity. I explained the tire situation to him and also I mentioned to him that I was having problems with my electronic key. Upon telling Mr. Gearity my issues, he immediately knew why my tire warning light kept coming one. He discovered that the previous dealership failed to properly realign and set the computer gauge that controls the tire function. (This is best way I could describe it, he used technical terms I wasn’t familiar with). Also, he noticed that my car had not had a true Chevrolet oil change, which meant I had aftermarket oil and oil filters on my car. He took a look at my electronic key and had his guys in the auto-shop repair it, so that I could use it temporarily. He then worked with the manufacture to get me a completely new key. While I waited in the customer seating area, he kept me informed on what was going on with my car. His professionalism and great customer service is highly commendable and praiseworthy! Due to Mr. Gearity handling of my business, I will definitely be back to Jerry’s automotive! More

A true Customer Service Experience We needed to buy a truck. We looked at both Ford and Chevrolet. We loved both vehicles but the Customer service we received at Jerry's Chevrolet was We needed to buy a truck. We looked at both Ford and Chevrolet. We loved both vehicles but the Customer service we received at Jerry's Chevrolet was the deciding factor, The Ford dealer (also a Jerry's car dealership) was what you expected. High pressure, sending the manager over to "encourage" you to deal because the sales won’t last, escorted test drives etc. Rod Griffith at Jerry's Chevrolet let us take the car for a test drive without him. It made us feel valued, trusted and we could talk about the truck openly. When we came back we stated that we needed to compare the Ford and he said okay and said he would be available for any questions. No sales pressure at all! When we did have questions he answered his phone even though he was off work. The Chevrolet was a little more expensive than the Ford, but we liked the truck better and we loved the customer service. It was a very human experience and we walked away feeling like we got a great deal. As we were going through the process, the friendliness and camaraderie between all the salesmen was fun and entertaining - the time flew by. we came in to by a used truck and walked away with a brand new one! More

Jerry's Chevrolet - Leesburg - TO THE RESCUE On Saturday, 8/22/15, Walter and I were on our way home from running the planetarium at the National Air and Space Museum in Chantilly, VA,, when our On Saturday, 8/22/15, Walter and I were on our way home from running the planetarium at the National Air and Space Museum in Chantilly, VA,, when our car started to smoke. We made it home. Wally rode his bike to Jerry's Chevrolet. He was very upset and full of emotion. Brian called me at my home and he started to get the paperwork done over the phone for a new lease car. Meanwhile Wally rode his bike back to our home. Brian said to bring the car back to Jerry and to finalized the new car. The point that I am trying make is - Wally and I had to be at work the next day--which was Sunday. We needed a car and did not have one. Brian found one. Brian Binckes and Colin Lamb stayed until everything was done with the new car. They close at 6:00 p.m. These two wonderful gentleman stayed until 8:15 p.m. at night. They made sure that every was all set. Also, Wally and I did not get paid until the coming week. So we did not have to put anything down. Jerry's Chevrolet is the best when it comes to wonderful customer service. Everyone should be getting a car at Jerry's Chevrolet. As I said Colin Lamb and Brian Binckes were the best. Jerry Chevrolet is very honest with fine people working for them. All I know is they saves us and our jobs. I visited today-Saturday and they assisted me in getting the old car mileage to be ready for the additional paperwork when it comes for leasing a car. I have the employees' NASA Hubble space pictures to all of them. Tim also assisted me as he got the 2nd car keys for the lease.
