Front Dreiverside Axle leak I had a leaking front driver side axle. Let me add that I have some credit issues and I had to trade a car that no equity. Still, They made the car buying quick and friendly. I was in and out in just over and hour! Now I tell you, that is service! The only complaint I could have, is that the dealership as a whole is in need of some sprucing up i.e. waiting room, bathroom, and such. Bad customer attention I have schedule an appointment for my 2010 Chevy Equinox, even an associate called me yesterday to confirm it. I took a work day off to take my car this morning and all of the sudden Chris Gearity let me know that he was short of staff (somebody did not show up today or so) and he said that I need to wait at least 1.5 hs to start working on my car, he even did not find my appointment in the system. He was rude and kind of disrespectful at me, I explained him my circumstance and he just did not care at all. Very disappointed. Poor customer service, no options and bad attitude. Not recommend this dealer at all. More
