Great customer service We were looking for a new car and was just shopping around. We showed up on the lot just as the dealership was closing. Salesman Jason who was prepari We were looking for a new car and was just shopping around. We showed up on the lot just as the dealership was closing. Salesman Jason who was preparing to go home for the evening stopped to assist us. I will change the oil in my own car so the oil filter location for easy oil changes means something to me. Jason dropped to the ground and crawled under the car the find the exact location for me since the filter could not be seen from above. Jason was very informative and knowledgeable about the car. There where two questions that he was not sure of and he made it clear that he was not positive on the answer. First thing the next morning the answers came across my phone. Jason was genuine and not some high pressure salesman reading cue cards! I don't like wasting my time bickering back and forth over price. Jason and Shane ran there numbers and gave them to me in writing. I was not in the dealership at this time so they texted the document to me. Their bottom line price beat out 6 other dealerships. We made the trip back to Leesburg to buy the car. Thanks for the tour Tim! Maribeth; you actually made paperwork painless! Here is the crazy part! Jason kept telling me that owners of the Chevy Cruze Eco can achieve better mileage than what is listed. I was thinking yeah right. However, he was telling the truth. When you drive in eco mode, feather the accelerator and stay off the turbos, you really can beat the listed mileage. I have been averaging 39-44 mpg WOW!!! I recommend the Chevy Cruze Eco and Jerry's Chevrolet. More
