In my many years of getting fleet vehicles and working with dealerships...I had someone once explain to me that at the dealership level-there is no return/reward in working with company vehicles...hence the rush you out the door mentality. My experience in working with Kelly was the exact opposite of the "rush you out the door mentality". Kelly- thank you so much for all of your help and for making my first experience in working with Jerry's Chevrolet amongst the most pleasant experiences I've had (regardless of the industry/service). I know I have many options in servicing my vehicle...but my experience in working with Kelly will keep me coming back to Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg. Ric P. More

In fact, I wasn't through working in the customer when he said we were all said and done! One thing to note: I asked the manager to call me because the guest WiFi was blocking social networks. In my case, I was working so LinkedIn (to me not a social network) was unavailable and my contact list is there. Please have your network guy add social networks into the guest area and maybe provide a daily PW so employees won't use it if that is the concern. The customers are going to be social. =) Thanks!!! Needed a part, bought a Camaro I recently bought a 2014 Camaro 2SS/RS 1LE from Mr. Jayson Garry at Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg, VA. I honestly stopped at the dealership for an Im I recently bought a 2014 Camaro 2SS/RS 1LE from Mr. Jayson Garry at Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg, VA. I honestly stopped at the dealership for an Impala SS hood arm (mine broke in the very cold weather) and after I ordered the part, I was looking at new cars in the lot. Mr. Garry approached me and I made it very clear (as most customers do) I wasn't in the market to buy a new car. But Mr. Garry, who is very car knowledgeable and was pretty savvy, showed me this Bright Yellow 2014 Camaro SS/1LE. And he explained that it was a relatively rare Camaro, and although not a ZL1, every bit of one less the supercharger. OK, he had my attention. I have a 1997 Pontiac TransAm I bought new so I really wasn't looking for another similar car. But Mr. Garry suggested we take it for a drive, and I did. And I liked it. He was very professional and very friendly. What was not to like? Nice sales guy, very nice car and it really had me thinking. So I did my own research and learned exactly how limited the 1LE Camaro actually is, and how nice they are. And because the 2014 production numbers of the 1LE will be relatively low, I knew it might also have some collectibility down the road. So after talking to New Car Manager Mr. Jim Warren, and New Car Sales Manager Mr. Shane Stevenson, both of whom were absolutely awesome to me, I bought the car. Mr. Stevenson gave me a very good price. Mr. Garry made some reasonable suggestions to me about protecting the car, so with the assistance of Cutomer Relations Manager Mr. Tim Edmonds, I got the car 3M wrapped, changed the gold Chevy bowties to black (to better match the yellow), added a wide black matte stripe on the rear decklid, and really did some things to make this Camaro just stand out. I then met with Finance Manager Ms. Maribeth Assaley who was equally nice, equally professional as everyone else had been to me, and I owned a new, really awesome looking Camaro SS 1LE. This is a great dealership, and although I mentioned by name those who assisted me, the entire sales staff was very nice to me and I had a lot of fun buying this car. And probably the nicest thing they could have done, Mr. Warren gave me a showroom, wall-mounted Chevy Camaro advertisement banner that illustrated the very car I bought. Wow!! So now the banner will decorate my garage wall where my Camaro is parked. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used car, and specifically, Mr. Garry, Mr. Warren and Mr. Stevenson. Awesome people. Thank you. More

I explained I had neither the time nor patience to spend hours in the dealership. He used my criteria to find the perfect truck. He also displayed the utmost of professionalism and customer service when I was unable to keep our scheduled appointment. We met on Sunday morning. Took an enjoyable test ride and returned to the dealer to go over the truck. Jayson was charismatic, polite and very aware of my time constraints. He worked hard to get me on the road quickly as I was heading out of town on a business trip. Surprisingly, the finance department was easy to deal with. I negotiated for a better rate and left with gap insurance and an extended warranty few a few dollars shy of the payment I was originally given over the phone. If you are looking for a low key, no hassle experience, call Jayson. He has also followed up after the sale on things we discussed. I'm glad I took the ride to Leesburg! More
