Our experience with Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg, Va was nothing but positive from the very beginning We were referred by an online site for people with "less than perfect" credit! Between my husband and myself, we must have called poor Greg at least 15 times during that week with questions. He was always helpful and professional. We finally went into the showroom that Saturday assuming we would be buying a used car. We had 2 "clunkers" that were about to die! Greg talked #s with us explaining that we could actually get a new car more inexpensively than a used one. He and a member of his sales team named Kirk, continued to be very helpful all thru that day as we drove several vehicles, asked many questions.... We finally, with our questions answered and nerves calmed by these gentlemen BOUGHT A 2014 CHEVY CRUZE!!!! While they sent the car to be cleaned up, they put us in a Cruze with Tim, to explain all the features the car had to offer. We don't know how we would ever understood how to operate our car if not for all the education Tim provided. WE LOVE OUR CRUZE AND HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND THESE GENTLE TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!!! THEY MADE WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN A VERY ANXIOUS TIME A PLEASURABLE ONE INSTEAD. I'm glad I did. Every person I interacted with - Pat, Jim, Maribeth and Tim - was professional, pleasant, friendly, respectful, knowledgable and down-to earth. They worked a very difficult dealer trade to get me the truck I really wanted at what I would say is a very fair price. They also gave me very reasonable offer on a trade-in, which I accepted.
