I visited the dealership on Saturday to have the oil changed and tires rotated on my new Chevrolet. Brian was so efficient to get my car in and out very quickly. Brian in the Service Department was ready to help immediately. He was able to get my vehicle in right away and got my Emissions Inspection done quickly. He then walked me over to the cashier's offi immediately. He was able to get my vehicle in right away and got my Emissions Inspection done quickly. He then walked me over to the cashier's office to pay my bill. The lady there took good care of me and very soon I was on my way. Normally I don't fill these surveys out but the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. And while I never got to meet the person who did my Emissions Inspection I thank him/her as well! God bless you all. More
I've worked with Koons Chevrolet in Tysons Corner before and even though they are larger, they cannot compare with the quality given by Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg. I made an appointment for routine service, but arrived a few minutes late due to weather. However, that was not a problem for these people. I had a nice cup of coffee, watched a little tv, did a few sudoku puzzles, and before I knew it, they were calling my name to tell me my car was ready. Brian appears to be in charge of online service appointments, and he had me all set up for when I arrived. Annette took care of me at "checkout," making sure I had my receipt and my keys. Everyone is so nice, relaxed, friendly and accommodating at Jerry's--some places love you when you're buying, but treat you like a bad smell when you come in for service. But I have been coming in for maintenance for a little more than a year, and the people here are very professional, and good at what they do. More
I want to stress how much I hate car buying. It's simply too stressful and I just wish it was much easier than the industry has created. I went to this dealership to buy a simple 'Point a to B' commuter car. My car was 9 years old and dying. I actually got a decent trade in price for my car and Nathan helped me find a car that not only had the MPGs I needed for my budget, but also made sure I got the options that would make me happy - it's been so long I had no idea there were so many different options. It will hopefully be a long time before I need another car, but I have already told my friends about Nathan. He isn't your typical sales person and I hope he does well there. More
