In my 25 years experience buying cars, I have never seen a more unprofessional business establishment. The people here are rude. They dont even greet you when you arrive. I suspect they are racist. They did not even offer a seat when we were trying to negotiate a deal on a new car. The guy who sites in the back, presumably the manager, is the worst of the lost. No wonder the remaining employees dont care a hoot about customers. I will never visit them again and I will not recommend them to anyone. I will also discourage people from going there if I come to know about it More

The service that I have received from Jerry's Chevrolet has always been top notch. From the day I arrived at their dealership to purchase a car my experience has been nothing but completely satisfied. Th has always been top notch. They genuinely want to help their customers and believe in good service and in the products that they sell. Chris (service department) has gone beyond what I would consider excellent service...calling to remind me of service appointments and going out of his way to make sure that I completely understand any work done on the car and that the work is done in a timely and accurate manner. I am extremely pleased with this dealership and recommend the dealership and the car to everyone. Thanks again for doing your job and caring about your customers. More

Jerry Chevrolet did exactly what they said they would do when I purchased my 2012 Chevy Cruze from them on 11/11/2011. The experience to purhase the car took about an hour. I was treated fairly and with respect from everyone affiliated with the dealership. It came as no surprise that Jerry's Chevrolet of Leesburg does a lot of business especially with their strong customer service and competitive pricing. I live in Western Pennsylvania and one of my friends that lives in Leesburg, VA noted that her family purchased their last three vehicles from Jerry's which spoke volumes of Jerry's strong reputation. I read the previous rating which in my opinion is not fair. We as consumers need to request a quote in writing or from an email. It may make more sense to order a vehicle to ensure you get the exact vehicle that you want at Jerry's great pricing. It's only fair that we as customers have some skin in the game by making a deposit to hold a vehicle. Try to put yourself in the dealer's shoes for a moment and realize that any dealership will go broke holding vehicles for potential customers that don't show up. More

I searched on the Internet found a good car for $16,997 that I found at Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg Virginia. So When i went to go look at the vehicle they said that it was for $18,999 . I finally got th that I found at Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg Virginia. So When i went to go look at the vehicle they said that it was for $18,999 . I finally got them to negotiate the price and they said that they would sell it to me for $16,997. So we went and got all the papers together started the process and sighing then the general manager came out and told me that the car had been supposedly sold the night before. Of course I was very upset , I would not recommend anyone to go to Jerry's Chevrolet in Leesburg Virginia. I was very dissatisfied and upset with what happened and it basically was a big waste of my time. Very Dishonest did not have the customers best interest. More
