I’m done. While attempting to book a service appointment by phone I was put on hold, after 8-9 min the call dropped. I next booked my “The Works” service on-line but never received a confirmation. I had to call to see if I was in on the schedule the next day. I was pitched for new wipers, new tires, both fine. There was confusion on where my car / keys were while exiting. My display was not reset. The same thing happened last time. I’m done. Hello Lake Shore Ford. More

It was a total pleasure buying my Ram I continue to be impressed with sales at Castle! No pressure tactics! I have yet to try service dept BUT something tells me I`ll like it!
