Easy and effective. My sales person Blake was efficient and fast. He addressed our requests in prompt and a professional manner. We traded our old car, which we received a more than expected amount for, test drove a car that met our requirements and were on our way home. I cannot stress enough that Castle Ford exceeded my expectations. I was expecting the normal level of adversarial BS that car shopping can bring. There was none of that at Castle Ford. I have very limited experience with Castle Fords service department and as such did not rate them. My old issue I had with the entire experience as the sales department was crammed into a construction trailer that had the privacy of a coffee shop. I found this environment distasteful while discussing finance and personal informations. Management did not think about this when planningthis temporary office, but please work on this issue.
