Buying a new, used car I had the best customer experience when it came to buying a new car. The first night we started looking at cars we went to Castleford in Michigan City and met Kyle. He had such a great impression on us that after looking at a couple other dealerships the next day we went straight back to Kyle. He was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and fair. He wasn't trying to attack us like a lot of car salesmen do. He answered all our questions and concerns and worked really well with us in order to get the best car for me. I would recommend him 100/100 especially for people who are new to the car buying experience he just makes it so great! More

The service department immediately called me to schedule the service when the part was delivered. I also had them do the 120K full service check up at same time and both were completed in 1 day. Everyone involved was very helpful and friendly. I will not go back to my old dealership. More
