Poor Communication. We arrived at the dealership. The person that we were supposed to meet with was in another building. None of the other salesmen were eager to help us. We arrived at the dealership. The person that we were supposed to meet with was in another building. None of the other salesmen were eager to help us. They passed us around until someone said they could help. We went to test drive 2 different vehicles. One was just sold. Can understand that. Then the other supposedly had a bad engine. If it had a bad engine, why was it on the website still, and why when we talked to them 15 minutes prior to going down there what was going on with the vehicles. I only went here because the woman wanted a Ford. Now you know why I am a Chevy guy and why Ford stands for Fix Or Repair Daily. The vehicle that sold was a Chevy, the one with the bad engine, a Ford. Will not attempt to buy from this dealership again. More
