Brake Issue I had taken my vehicle in to have an oil change, they informed me that I was due for the 60,000 mile tune up, so I had them go ahead and do that. T I had taken my vehicle in to have an oil change, they informed me that I was due for the 60,000 mile tune up, so I had them go ahead and do that. They later called me up and said that the front brake need changed badly, I had them go ahead and do that also. I picked up my vehicle and took it home, I didn't drive it again for a few weeks as it is my personal vehicle. When I did drive it again I noticed if I stepped on the brakes hard that at about 5 mph to a full stop that there was a grinding noise in the front end. I drove it again a few weeks later and wanted to make sure it wasn't a one time issue and the problem still persisted. I called Castle Ford and asked to make an appointment and they said for me to just bring the vehicle in and someone would look at it. I dropped the vehicle off and explained the problem, they were going to have someone look at it. They called me later in the day and said it was gravel in the brake slides and that it was all fixed now. I drove it back to work and wanted to see if it was indeed fixed and it was not. I drove it that weekend and the problem still persists. I am going to give the dealership one last problem to correct the problem before I take it to another dealership More

They said they checked the sensor and.could not find anything wrong even though the yptire was visibly low, I took it back this week and ended up paying 178.00 because now they said the sensor was bad. Ok so it took them 4 months of teling me they could not find the problem and WOW all of a sudden I need to pay the 178.00 to repair a problem that existed? I had my oil changed in October coupon said 29..99 and I paid 68.00 because I didn't bring the coupon. When I ask if they checked the antifreeze I was told oh its ok the truck is only 2 years old. Ok that was not what I ask and is it such a big deal to check the antifreeze? It really bothers me that Castle is acting like Hirsch. I really hope Castle doesn't take their clients that lightly. Your sales team is great but when you have a problem wow. I have another when I turn more sharply or when I had to make a hard stop my seat moved to the side. This happens every time. Am i comfortable going back in with another complaint? No I am not. More

Took Three times It took three times before the service team put me on the schedule. When that date and time would come I would call and they would say they don't know what happened however I was not scheduled. Now believe it our not but this happened 3 time yes 3 times before I every had my car service. After the third time I said I should talk to the General manger but the lady told me that would do me no good!
