Mystery water leak!!! No cgarge!!! This was a return visit to further investigate a water leak in our 2010 Ford Escape!! Since Castle does not have a body shop at the Michigan City, In This was a return visit to further investigate a water leak in our 2010 Ford Escape!! Since Castle does not have a body shop at the Michigan City, In location they did not feel comfortable working further on this problem. They referred us to a local body shop. As we understand their decision not to bite off more then they can handle, we are sorry that it could not be fixed where we know the employees. We will return to Castle to report the findings and have a note added to the record of this car. More

service took my truck in for recall was told it would be 2.5 to 3 hrs for work to be done. they had no loners available. After 4.5 hrs was informed that there took my truck in for recall was told it would be 2.5 to 3 hrs for work to be done. they had no loners available. After 4.5 hrs was informed that there was a second recall that i wasn't informed of and that it would ready the next day at 2;30pm. now they had a loner that i could use, but was treated as if I was renting it, responsible for any damages and refilling the gas that i used. this was very inconvenient for me, what if I had a scheduled trip to make or an emergency. totally unprofessional.
