Excellent customer service I received excellent service when I arrived with a razor blade in a tire. I was assured they would be able to get me back on the road. After a short wait I was informed my tire could not be fixed but a replacement tire was in stock. I was thankful for this great service when I did not have an appointment and the service department was busy. More

Great service! I had an appointment for Friday, 09/14 but needed to drop my truck off Thursday, 9/13, as I had to work on Friday. Troy let me bring the truck in ear I had an appointment for Friday, 09/14 but needed to drop my truck off Thursday, 9/13, as I had to work on Friday. Troy let me bring the truck in early Thursday afternoon and they made the repair later that afternoon and called me to let me know it was done a day early. I really appreciated that as it made life so much simpler for me especially since I live in La Porte. More
