Came in with nothing, left with a $40,000 truck! I came in looking for a used Silverado truck and after conferring with sales rep Chris Bellamy, I found that there were better values on the lot. I h I came in looking for a used Silverado truck and after conferring with sales rep Chris Bellamy, I found that there were better values on the lot. I had no intention on purchasing anything more than the $25k I had originally planned on spending. Mr. Bellamy deduced what my interests were and by chance told me about the F-150 models. Talk about a LOT of options on a vehicle, this truck put a smile on my face and a week later, it's still there! I love this truck and I appreciate Mr. Bellamy's refusal to push me into purchasing something I didn't want. He actually put my wants before his commission. There was no 'pushy car salesmanship' and Mr. Bellamy was patient and answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). The reason I didn't give Castle Ford 5 stars is due to the hurting my credit score by inquiring at multiple banks. My original score was 839, which after the multiple hard inquiries, resulted in a score of 822. They should have asked me for consent to conduct additional credit inquiries. I understand them trying to find the best interest rates for me, but with a score near the mid-800s, there won't be any substantial savings in rates. So, the finance folks should have asked me if I was okay with the first rate. I plan to pay more than the minimum monthly installment anyway, so shaving off a couple tenths of a percentage point would not have mattered. I'm not happy about this at all! Also, I didn't appreciate the mark-ups after I received (and agreed to) the OTD (out the door) price. Anyway, kudos to Mr. Bellamy for getting me to part with $15k more than what I planned on spending; it was worth it. I got a very nice truck with relatively low mileage with a lot of options. Antwoine Wair (finance office) answered my questions satisfactorily too. More

Purchase I had promised myself to never go back to the dealership at that location. But I kept hearing good things about the new owners. He made this transaction as painless as possible. I ask him to just be honest with me. He was and i am very proud of the vehicle I now own. We went inside, he looked up the information and they had one. He brought it up and I test drove and came to good deal and made purchase.(no feeling of pressure) More
