When working with Shannon we stated that we wanted our payments to be under $200 for no greater than 60 months. Of course they played the "let me check with my boss” and when Shannon came back she had had a piece of paper with $208 written on it plus other illegible scribble. We agreed on the $208, but when it came time to work with the finance manager the $208 was for 72 months of financing. I did question them on this and of course they claimed they could not do anything else at that point. Ultimately because I have a busy schedule and don't have time to play with dealers (We had already been there for nearly 3 hours) I carried on with the purchase. Hindsight I should have just walked away. Another thing that I ended up getting screwed over on was vehicle registration. Our vehicle registration on our trade in vehicle expired the following month. Middleton Ford transferred the plates from our trade in vehicle to the new vehicle which did not include our registration renewal fee. They did not present us with any other option. By the time we got our registration renewal card from the DMV it was after the date and our registration was overdue leading us to be subjected a late fee that the DMV refused to do anything about. If Middleton Ford cared about their customers they should have given us an option to get new plates with new registration vs just transferring the plates with the soon-expiring registration since we were charged their “processing fees” anyway. Thanks again Middleton Ford. Overall based on my experiences I would not recommend purchasing or shopping at Middleton Ford. Find someone with more integrity to purchase from. More

Always happy to work with "The Car Guy" My wife and I bought our first truck from Middleton Ford. While at the dealership we had many questions that needed to be answered. Many questions that your normal dealer could not answer, but somebody who really knew trucks and towing. Steve stepped in and started answering our questions. But if he didn't know something, he didn't feed us an answer, he sought out the correct one. An example of this was with the spray in bed liners and if they create any type of static build up. He didn't know, but knew the service department was going to a conference that weekend. They found out the guarantied correct answer there. Because of the level of service provided I look forward to my next car buying experience. But that's not where it ends with them. We informed Steve about our companies live demo coming up. He said he would be there, and he showed up with his family. With Middleton Ford it's not just about selling cars and trucks, it's about building the relationships. More
