Seamless, Easy Purchase I needed a to trade my Mustang for a more fuel efficient vehicle with more room inside. The first vehicle that I chose would work for me, but I would have to put some money down. Wanting to avoid this, I did some more shopping on the lot and found another vehicle that I liked even more. Tom rearranged the finance application to reflect this vehicle and found me the right loan without any money down and the right payment to fit my budget. Debra was also extremely helpful. Since I would be going back to Florida in three weeks, I would need to have the vehicle registered in Florida in the most cost efficient way. She spent time on the phone with the county tax office in Florida, more than once, in order to fully understand what my taxes and fees would be so I that I would know that I was not paying any more fees than necessary.
