I was very disappointed in my last appointment. I had warning lights on in the care and notice that maintenance was required. It took 5 days to get an appointment and I arrived on time and was told all I warning lights on in the care and notice that maintenance was required. It took 5 days to get an appointment and I arrived on time and was told all I need was a tire rotation. I was also told that it should take an hour or maybe less. Two hours later I was still there and when I asked I was told he would go back to the shop and check on it. When I saw him come back to his desk, I politely asked if he'd had any luck finding out the status of my car. He replied rather curtly, "as you can see we're working on my computer system" - implying he had something much more important to do. Finally 20 minutes later it was done. What's the point of making an appointment if you are not going to work on it in a timely fashion! A tire rotation takes less than 90 seconds on a race track, I would think 15 to 20 minutes should be reasonable in a shop - not over 2 hours!!! More
