Tori was amazing!!! She is the only person in South Carolina that got my truck for me the rest was a complete disappointment I was forced to buy coverage for my truck that I did not want that I was lat Carolina that got my truck for me the rest was a complete disappointment I was forced to buy coverage for my truck that I did not want that I was later told was part of their profits I was also forced to pay a $500 stocking fee even though everywhere said that the fee was waved this month. The only reason I still got the truck was because I wanted it and they were the only place willing to get it. When I got there to do the trade and sign papers(the deal already set in stone) we waited over two hours while bob played on his phone to sign the papers. Of course we were upset at that point and bob did not make it any easier by trying to get me to buy more coverage that I didn’t want. It seemed like every time we turned around someone was asking for money. I am not impressed by this dealership at all. They made like I was getting 4grand off my truck and such a good deal just for them to make me buy 2grand worth of coverage and then this fee and that fee. I would not recommend that anybody do business with these people. The only good experience in this whole thing was Ms. Tori! More

Sam gets 5 stars however I don't feel like DDT has very good internal communication. For starters I spent about 3 hours in the service area on Friday. AFTER I left, I received a call to come in and talk ab good internal communication. For starters I spent about 3 hours in the service area on Friday. AFTER I left, I received a call to come in and talk about closing out my lease. That discussion could and should have occurred WHILE I was already there. Saturday I came in with the impression that I was closing out my lease only to be convinced of buying another car. Ok, it wasn't hard to talk me into. Then, after purchasing a new vehicle, I received a call from the manager inviting me to come in to look at new cars. Now I have no idea how things are tracked around there but I think communication definitely needs improvement. As for the car, and working with Sam, I am happy with my choice. More
