Service advisor was nice. Experience overall I was not thrilled about. It seems service gets lost in getting money out of customers. They didn't wash my car which is supposed to be included. Service advisor seemed to be in his feelings because there were no extras he could make up for me to get done or for them to trick me into paying for.
